Each user receives a number of concurrent bidding privileges depending on their Rank. The system only counts the items where you are currently the highest bidder.
If you win an auction but fail to complete the payment within the time limit, 1 bidding privilege will be revoked for 2 months per cancellation.
1. Rookie Rank has 3 privileges
→ You bid on Item A and become the top bidder → remaining privileges: 2
→ Another user outbids you → your privilege is returned, total: 3
2. Rookie Rank has 3 privileges
→ You are the top bidder for Items A, B, and C → privileges remaining: 0
→ You must either win and pay or get outbid to regain privileges
3. If you win Item A but don't complete the payment
→ 1 privilege is suspended for 2 months
→ Privileges are restored only when your Rank increases or the suspension period ends
